Here is a split case pump rebuilt by Cox Industrial Services. The rotor was remanufactured in our shop with a new shaft, shaft sleeves, bearing, mechanical seals, and gaskets. Our field crew reinstalled and laser-aligned the pump prior to testing.

Cox Industrial Services recently refurbished a fire pump. It is a Fairbanks Morris fire pump in a high-rise location. We refurbished the rotor and reinstalled the unit. The unit was laser-aligned and tested.

Cox Industrial Services was recently called out in an emergency situation for hot water pump that had a leaky seal. We in house machined new seal housing and restored the shaft sleeve. The rebuilt pump was installed and successfully working again.

Cox Industrial Services recently replaced an old dry pit sewage pump. Since the pump room was 28 feet below the parking lot a confined space procedure had to be followed. Last week, Cox Industrial Services was called in to repair a 200 hp cooling tower pump. Once the tower pump was brought to the shop all of the parts were cleaned and inspected. The pictures show the damage of the entire pump and all its components. All of the bolts were badly deteriorated and had to be cut off. Next week will show the restoration and installation of the pump.
