Cox Industrial Services was called in to repair a 200 hp cooling tower pump. It was rigged out and brought to our shop for a complete overhaul.

Cox Industrial Services was called out to repair a faulty sewage pump. The pump was plugged with rags. We removed the debris and tested the pump. After installing the pump we tested the system to make sure all of the floats were working. This was completed on a rush basis for our customer.

Cox Industrial Services was called out to repair a failing booster pump. We removed and brought the rotating assembly to our shop for inspection and repair. We rebuilt the rotating assembly at our shop and installed it in the field. The motor and pump were laser aligned and tested. Unit is operating at full capacity. Turnaround time was two days due to the critical nature of the pump.

Last week, Cox Industrial Services was called out to look at a 50 hp booster pump that was running noisy with the mechanical seal leaking. This was a critical pump for the domestic water. We overhauled and reinstalled the pump. Cox industrial Services repaired and reinstalled this pump on a rush basis.

Last week, Cox Industrial Services repaired a leaky in-line circulating pump. We replaced the faulty motor and got it ready for installation.

Cox Industrial services inspected a duplex sump pump system and determined that the control panel had failed. Replacing the existing panel was the most economical way to go. We had them back in operation in one day.
