Cox Industrial services recently was called out to determine why a cooling tower pump had failed. We disassembled the pump and found out that the bearing had deteriorated causing the pump to bind up. We repaired the bearing journals and rebuilt the pump. Here are some pictures of the installation at the cooling tower.
